Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival™ (BHFF™) is kicking off this
Friday, May 11 at Tribeca Cinemas, home of the Tribeca Film Festival. This
year’s line-up includes twelve feature, documentary and short films by
emerging and internationally-renowned filmmakers that educate about the
Bosnian-Herzegovinian cinematography, present themes related to Bosnia and
Herzegovina, its history and culture, as well as inspire and entertain. Some
of our featured films include “Grbavica,” “Border
Post,” “All For Free,” “Armin” and many others.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

year, the New York-based actor <b>Uliks Fehmiu</b> will present the
BHFF™ 2007 Audience Award for the Best Short or Feature Film and the
BHFF™ 2007 Audience Award for the Best Documentary Film. Both awards
will be given in memory of recently-deceased Benjamin Filipović,
award-winning film director, professor at the Academy of Performing Arts in
Sarajevo and President of the Association of Filmmakers of Bosnia and
Herzegovina. Those films that win will be presented with “The Golden
Apple” award, designed and made by the accomplished Bosnian-American
artist <b>Aida Šehović</b>. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite
film! The voting slips will be distributed at the ticket booth with your
